On arrival you will be scheduled to see a Lifestyle Consultants who will help will help you plan your stay. The aim is for you to enjoy new experiences and learn how you can simply improve your health and lifestyle, and take home something that will stay with you forever.

The Spa will programme your treatments and classes, whilst still including time out to go shopping, diving or sight seeing. All through your stay your Lifestyle Consultant will be on hand to guide you and make the necessary adjustments to your programme. If you don't want anything too rigid you can book some adhoc treatments and classes and leave the rest of your stay free to take life as it comes. For those who want a very structured stay there are just the programmes and treatments for you.
